How does Credit Vouchers work?
Anyone can purchase a Credit Voucher through Online Store or at any of our MBA Centres. You will receive a 10-digit code to each voucher for identification, safer and unique transactions in your email.
Can I redeem the Credit Voucher in person for a walk in booking at MBA Centres?
Credit Vouchers is only redeemable via our Online Court Booking and cannot be redeemed directly at the centres.

Can I redeem a Credit Voucher online at any MBA Centres?
Yes, Credit Vouchers is redeemable at all our our MBA Centres.
Can I transfer my Credit Voucher to my friends and family?
Credit Vouchers are non-transferable.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately there will be no refunds.
What can I do if my credit balance is low?
Currently there is no top up. If you have insufficient Credit balance, you may use a credit or debit card to pay the difference so that you may complete your payment.
I have credits still and my credit vouchers have expired?
Once expired, any remaining balance in the voucher will be forfeited and no longer be valid.
I think my Credit Voucher has been compromised?
If you suspect that your Credit Voucher code has been compromised, please contact us immediately (Office Hours : 9am - 5pm). Only the principal owner will be entertained. A RM10 administration charge (wil be deducted from the credit voucher. Min balance of RM50) will apply for reissuance of credit voucher code with the remaining balance transferred. However, we shall not be held responsible for any of the losses suffered by the bearer of this voucher that arise from or in connection with the loss of the credit voucher.
