Professional Visit Pass (PVP) – Application & Support Services

The Professional Visit Pass (PVP) is designed for international players, interns, and coaching trainees participating in training programmes, internships, or professional attachments in Malaysia.

This service provides end-to-end support for securing official authorization for long-term stay in Malaysia, allowing participants to continue their programme without the inconvenience of repeated visa exits and re-entries.

Important Notes

• Applicants must be outside Malaysia at the time of application
• No Dependent Pass is permitted under this category
• A cooling-off period may apply before reapplication if changing host organization

Personal Bond Requirement

In accordance with Malaysian Immigration requirements, trainees or participants may be required to lodge a refundable Personal Bond as security for compliance with Immigration regulations during their stay.

The Personal Bond may be forfeited in cases involving: 

• Overstay or Immigration violations
• Absconding from the programme
• Failure to properly cancel the visa/pass before departure
• Breach of programme or Academy regulations

Refunds are subject to proper visa/pass cancellation, clearance of outstanding liabilities, and completion of the required refund process.
