Deposit: A deposit is required but not charged; it will be held and released back after the items are returned in good condition. Any damages or lost items will be deducted from the deposit. If the cost of replacement exceeds the deposit, the customer must pay the difference. Replacement items will be charged at their retail price.
Payment Recommendation: It is recommended to use a credit/debit card for payment, as the deposit is held and released immediately. If you choose an alternative payment method, it may take 7-14 days for the refund to reflect in your account due to processing time.
Important Notes:
- Badminton Racquets: If the strings snap, the strings must be replaced.

Pickleball Balls: Balls that end up on the roof are considered lost and must be replaced @ RM10 per ball
